Modern EV charging infrastructure – from AC wallboxes to DC fast chargers – is exposed to extreme continuous electrical loads and harsh weather conditions in fleet operations. Our inspection services in detail
As certified experts, we inspect your charging infrastructure strictly in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-600, 0105-100, as well as the specific DIN EN 61851-1 (VDE 0122-1). Using highly specialized test adapters, we simulate the communication between vehicle and charging point (CP/PP signals) to validate all charging states under real-world conditions. We pay particular attention to the metrological verification of protective measures, especially the correct tripping of RCDs type B or type A with DC fault current detection (6 mA). All results are entered directly into an audit-proof database, so your responsible electrically qualified persons (VEFK) receive a fully legally compliant inspection report including a detailed assessment of defects.
